I am a contemporary visual artist and painter based on the east coast of Ireland, Some places stay with us long after we’ve left them. Inspired by rooftops, facades and familiar objects, I create paintings that explore our relationship with place and memory. Rather than depicting a specific location, I seek to evoke the feeling of remembering one. These are paintings that invite you to pause, and stay a little longer.
